Shipping Information:
Once dispatched, orders will take 1 week to arrive within Kerala and 2 weeks for locations outside Kerala.
Shipment tracking will be provided for most products.
Exceptions:
Customized orders: Delivery may take up to 16 working days.
Prebooking items: Dispatch will take 2 weeks.
Products are eligible for exchange only if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. Exchanges are not allowed due to personal preference or size issues.
Opening Video Instructions
Start the video by showing a 360° view of the sealed parcel.
Open the parcel using your hands only. Do not use any sharp objects.
Check the product clearly in the video:
